All standard items are processed and prepared for shipment within up to 4 business days .
For faster processing, we offer priority processing , which guarantees shipment of your product within 48 business hours (2 business days), subject to availability.

🪡 Customized items

Custom orders require varying production times , depending on the complexity and details of each piece.
Each product page for your custom order provides an estimated production and shipping time .

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times (Free International Standard Shipping)

We offer free standard shipping to eligible countries. Average delivery times are:

🇵🇹 Portugal : 7 to 20 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3 to 10 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 1 to 2 weeks
🇺🇸 United States: 3 to 10 business days
🌍 Middle East and Central Asia: up to 3 weeks
🇦🇺 Australia and New Zealand: 1 to 2 weeks
🌎 South America (including Brazil): 1 to 3 weeks

💶 Fees and Taxes

For shipments to the European Union, United States, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand , all taxes and fees are included in the final price paid.
The customer will not incur any additional costs upon delivery.
For other destinations, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, according to the local laws of the destination country.

📬 Order Tracking

After shipment, a tracking code will be sent to your email so you can track your order in real time.
The code may take up to 5 business days to activate, depending on the provider.
