At Zafrime , we want to ensure your shopping experience is positive and transparent. Therefore, we offer the possibility of exchanges or refunds in certain situations, according to the criteria below.

Application Deadline

You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order .

Conditions for Exchanges and Refunds

For your request to be accepted, the product must:

  • To be in perfect condition , with no signs of use.

  • Not to have been used, washed or altered.

  • To be returned in the original packaging , with all labels intact.

⚠️ Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for exchanges or refunds :

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products damaged due to use.

  • Items returned outside the 14-day period

🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, model, or color (subject to availability), simply follow the same return process and indicate the desired item.
Note: the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless Zafrime makes a mistake.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 7 business days .
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed.

To initiate an exchange or request a refund:

We will respond with detailed return instructions .

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior email notification will not be accepted .

  • We recommend shipping with a tracking number to ensure a secure return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged products returned without proof of shipment.
